These “ Terms & Conditions ” apply to all services provided by RazeSteer (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our website, entering into a project agreement, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
RazeSteer provides professional cloud, software, and technology solutions as defined in each project contract. All services, deliverables, and timelines are detailed in the signed project agreement.
The scope, definition of deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in the signed project agreement. If any changes are requested after signing, this may impact delivery timelines, require additional effort, or increase the project cost. Changes are applied only after written approval from both parties.
Payments to RazeSteer must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to pay by the due dates described in the project agreement may cause suspension, delays, or other impacts on the project. All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing.
Once all payments for the project have been made, the intellectual property rights, including source code and documentation for custom deliverables, will transfer to the client. Third-party or open-source software remains governed by their respective licenses. RazeSteer may reuse non-client-specific internal tools for other projects.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it unless permission is granted or as required by law.
RazeSteer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the project.
The agreement can be terminated by either party with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will still be payable.
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards while performing and using the services provided under this agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes through official communication channels. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated Terms.
